My Unsaid Words

Writing blog is never my hobby but sharing my thoughts is my passion and thus I used BLOG as a tool for sharing my thoughts.I started writing blogs as a fun and even the topics which I chosen for same also reflects same glimpse. But these days I write to express my thoughts more rationally and more individually i.e., without influencing from any one. But due to this practice the easiest part of choosing a subject has became a tough one for me.

They say ‘Human being is a social animal’ and thus I have to think 10 times before choosing a subject because being rational does not means became too harsh.

There are some subjects on which I want to share my view point but I can never write a blog on these subjects, at least not in near future. Some of the subjects which I kept for my self are,
1. Sachin Tendulkar – A Great BATSMAN and a poor cricketer ,
2. BJP : A follower of British policy – Divide and Rule ,
3. Pros and Cons of Reservation in India,
4. ISKON Temple : Fee concept
5. No Indo-Pak Cricket Match : Indirect protest against 26/11 –Let them suffer

Many of you hate me after just reading the subject of proposed blogs :-) Because how can any one criticize Sachin?? How can any Indian oppose BJP strategy?? How can any one comment on any Religious institution??

We all say about Fundamental right but some time you can give freedom through legislature but How can you ensure same socially (A Very Big Problem & reservation is its outcome) , If someone is NOT ACCEPTED IN SOCIETY then its solution is never be 'Reservation in Services' , problem is something else??
A blog on these issues can lead for my social boycott or i can loose some of my good friends.

I can be wrong or right(Views are always debatable and rightly so) but important is that are we thinking beyond 'INDIA TV' or we itself became an ambassador of INDIA TV.
Think on this….

Amar Prem - A Beautiful Movie

I am Watching movie 'Amar Prem' starrer Sharmeela tagore and Rajesh khanna. Its a beautiful movie , unmatched lyrics , soothing songs , marvelous acting by actor-actress and an excellent story which is integrated with many social issues involving woman.

Movie shows multiple relationship of a woman whose social image was not good. Rejection by a husband ; Betrayal by its own family members and forcefully indulded herself into socially unaccepted work ; Social-isolation of a woman (but socially accepted through back-door) ; Rejection of a woman from society ;
A marvelous relationship of rajesh Khanna & Sharmeela Tagore which can never get social acceptance (not even today); A relationship of a socially neglected woman and a child and much more... These are the things which i found in movie.

Moreover to say movie gave a glimpse of multiple shades of women character , woman as a WIFE , woman as a PERSON , woman as a FRIEND , woman as a MOTHER .. and each and every phase she had suffered from social attrocities of our own society. 'Movie reflects society' and i am a strong believer of it. so for me its a touching movie and a must watch for all of us.
Movie is such a beautiful that it gave me much thoughts which i want to share but due to unavailability of human resources i am forced to write this blog. Happy to write this blog.

Mutual Participation

our constitution gave us fundamental rights to provide minimum human rights which bacame the duty of 'government' to ensure same to each and every section of society and if not then anyone can involve judiciary for its availability.

Recently held Anna hazare protest is one of our fundamental right to put a break on wrong deeds of govt and to exert some pressure on govt to minimize repeatative corrupt activities of govt official(atleast philosophy says same) , Arundhati roy used the same fundamental right in delhi (in negative way) , Women reservation is also a fundamental right (for a much deprived section in every caste) and many more.

But all these movements and availability of resources to citizens are from one side only i.e., from govt to citizens. Right to education , Proposed Right to Food, Proposed Right to Water , proposed Right to Justice are all centre driven schemes for us.

On the other side citizens like us also require to take our not-imposed fundamental duties seariously. many schemes to clean many river(who make them dirty?);reconstruction of public services due to mishandling of same(mishandling by whom?));bifurcation of society through caste(who created this system?);silent dowry cases(ask your self)... and many many more..

There are states/districts where govt made a law of 'Right to water' because due to caste system one section of society is not allowed to draw water from well and due to which they have to go 20 km bare footed to next district.Do we really require 'RTW' just because of this caste system?? if we do our fundamental duties then probably we do not require this FL (atlest due to caste reason).

It is not always correct that govt is corrupt.. some thing which is elected by us can not be corrupt, if it is then there is some thing wrong is us or wrong values in us.We need a mutual participation in each and every section where we lacks. Just like PPP model we also require same in everywhere.

forced accountability ...

Hues and cries over proposed lokpal bill which was advocated in 1966 for making accountability as compulsion for every public service person , if not then a enquiry over all govt officials. Its almost 45 years of delay for this bill but probably this summer we will get it !!!!

There is noting new philosophy in lokpal concept , its objective is same as of our constitution and also same as our govt works for which suppose to deliver same.In between 40 years central govt power chaged from dominace of congress to short phase of janta-dal to coalition of bjp to coalition of congress but no one wants a bigger authority than their own under there leadership.

Every section of public service is reluctant for this bill and rightly so.
But this time due to socialist behavior of PUBLIC they are forced to introduce bill but even today there is no open political support (either from opposition or within govt) , no bureaucratic support , no coorporate support and no judicial support , this is simply humanistic and rational reasosn for not to introduce this bill or if passes then it should be a toy in hand of govt likes of cbi,cvc .. etc.

but People like hazare is making it tough for govt. by forcing them to increase its ambit till the to of hierarchy , may be he will influenece govt to put some more clauses in bill due to which i would look like a independent authority but i guess it would not works like same. In india there is nothing like Independent agencies there is only 'central' agencies.Probably lokpal will have all clauses but will not serve anything just like IPC which has all the clauses of world but has operational limitations.quite logicial we need a comprehensive bill for lokayukt and then a more accoutable lokpal.
and it should be mandatory for state to adopt the concept of lokayukt/lokpal as they are there work for public only.

Signing off...
